Children's Martial Arts:
Little Ninjas- A fun and exciting Preschool Program (3-5 years old) teaching: Focus, Memory, Teamwork, Discipline/Good Manners, Self-Control, Fitness, Balance and Coordination.
Kickin' Kids- An exciting and motivating Children Program (ages 5-10) learning: Confidence, self-esteem, discipline, respect, self-control / channel aggression, self-defense, and recommended for ADD/ADHD.
Teen Machines- A fast paced, invigorating, and highly motivating Teen Program (11-17) teaching teenagers Confidence through: self-discipline, self-control, self-defense, and mutual respect.
Adult Martial Arts:
Adult Martial Arts - Confidence! This program is specifically geared towards adults and is divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Classes. Terrific way to: Get in Shape, Control Weight, Relieve Stress, Build Confidence, Learn Self-Defense Skills, and Have Fun!
Combat Hapkido Self-Defense System - A realistic self-defense program designed to teach you how to defend yourself. Ideal for everyone ages 12 and above and perfect for all physical fitness levels. Learn: Situational Awareness, Effective Kicking and Striking, Joint Locks, Ground Survival Skills, Weapon Defenses.
Brazilian JiuJitsu (BJJ) - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Sparring (commonly referred to as “rolling”) and live drilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance. Great for weight loss, stress relief, self-defense and sport competition.
Kickboxing- Energize your workouts! Our Kickboxing program focuses on Physical Conditioning and Cardiovascular Benefits, as well as Effective Self Defense Techniques. Explosive and Energizing, you will burn fat and increase muscle. Great for weight loss, stress relief, self-defense, and Increased Confidence.
Tai Chi - Our T'ai Chi and Qigong classes are the perfect complement to other physical activities or medical therapies because they increase blood flow, oxygenate blood and improve breathing. T’ai Chi and Qigong are easy on the joints and organs and clear the mind for better concentration.
